Custom orders
Cabinet doors and drawer fronts are manufactured to customer-supplied or customer-approved specifications. Because they cannot normally be resold, custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, except for verified manufacturing defects or an error by Urban Fresh Services LLC.
Customer-approved measurements
The customer is responsible for reviewing the final sizes, quantities, styles, raw or primed option, hinge-boring information and shipping address shown on the invoice. Products made correctly to the approved specifications are not returnable because they do not fit.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if a change is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after payment or production begins. Additional material or labor caused by a change may be invoiced separately.
Manufacturing defects
Report a suspected manufacturing defect promptly and provide clear photographs. Do not paint, drill, cut, install or alter the product before the issue is reviewed. We may request additional measurements or return of the affected item.
Shipping damage
Inspect the shipment immediately. Photograph the packaging and damaged pieces before discarding any material. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can document the claim and work with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is required because of a verified error by Urban Fresh Services LLC.
