Our Shaker doors are made from high-density fiberboard for a smooth painted-door surface. They are not solid-wood, thermofoil or factory-finished doors.
Raw or primed
Raw HDF needs a complete preparation system. Primed doors arrive ready for your painter’s final prep and color coats.
Custom replacement sizes
Measure correctly fitting existing doors edge to edge, width first and height second. Record each door rather than assuming a repeated size.

Can this door be made to match my existing size?
Yes. We manufacture custom sizes. Send the exact width and height of each door, preferably to the nearest 1/16 inch.
Can I order this style primed?
Yes. It is available raw or primed and ready for your final paint system.
Can you bore it for concealed hinges?
Yes. Send hinge photos and the distance from the top or bottom edge to the center of each cup hole.
How quickly will it ship?
Most standard orders ship within 5 business days after all details and payment are confirmed. Oversized or unusual pieces may require additional time.
