What starts the 5-business-day turnaround?
The turnaround begins after the door list, style, raw or primed option, hinge boring, shipping information and payment are all confirmed. Most standard orders ship within 5 business days. Oversized, unusually complex or corrected orders may require more time.
Shipping time is separate. “Ships within 5 business days” describes production before the carrier transit period.
