Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom cabinet doors, returns are generally not accepted.

  • Additional Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time

​

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and we will get in touch with you to confirm the details, and take payment.

  • Processing Time: Custom cabinet doors typically require a processing time of 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. Additional time may be required for any finishing services.

 

Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items to facilitate the claims process with the shipping carrier.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.

 

International Shipping

  • Availability: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
